  1. Select multiple values in the Product Field

    Currently, you can only select one Product from the Product field. It would be great, if you can select more than 1 product because we may discuss multiple products in the same meeting.

  2. Need Better Satuit Outlook add-in error message if not configured

    The error message users get when the add-in is not configured is very confusing to the users ("Sorry, an error occurred which has prevented ... Invalid URI: The format...". While I understand that you need to give specific details about the first error to occur, it would be great if you could add some more user friendly text such as: "This error may occur if your SatuitCRM Outlook Add-in is not configurated. Please contact your SatuitCRM support group for ...." Also, this error shows up in Outlook even when a user is not trying to use the add-in!

  3. Notes Section

    1. Could there be a notes or Summary section under Relationship Name that enables the input of important family notes as it pertains to family relationships? Something like a Family Tree.

    2. Create another view from the Accounts Page that drops down to a Summarized page allowing us to simply input important information about the account in detail.

  5. Integrate with Laserapp

    Integration with Laserapp would allow us to use our data in Satuit to help populate forms at Charles Schwab when opening up accounts for new clients.

    You should be able to upload excel documents in the content library to package content in addition to the shared content.

  7. Bronto Integretion - Having issues trying to upload accurate mail tracking

    Unable to accurately upload tracking of mailings due to the Bronto integration using the email address as the identifier. Several contacts/clients share email addresses and the system does not know which one to select (despite clear information in Roles and Mailing). Can the contact ID number be used instead of the email address?

  8. reporting req

    Ability to extract reporting requirements in single rows, including CC List contacts.
    Currently, a reporting requirement can be setup for a single report on a single account with a single primary contact. Then any additional recipients can be included in the CC List Multipicker. However, when extracting the reporting requirements from Satuit to integrate with another system the contacts listed in the CC List do not report as separate lines with their email address.   9. Synch all addresses to Outlook

    Currently, only the mailing address synchs to Outlook. We would like all of the contact's addresses to synch.

  10. Multiple Print Screens for each of the different tabs

    Allow for each of the different tabs (contact, entity, and accounts) have choices of different print screens that would allow you to print off different reports for each of tabs.

  11. Updates to Next/Last Activity to let the admin select types of activities to include

    Entering for a client -

    We would like to be able to pick which values are used for next/last activity. For example, we don't want our Subscription/Redemption activities to count in it these numbers.

  12. Change how entity "Last activity" field is populated

    Currently, the entity last activity field populates only from activities that were added directly to the entity. We often have activities that involve contacts from more than one entity, particularly when adding emails from the Outlook Add In. If an activity is linked to multiple contacts such as an attorney and a client who are not in the same entity, the entity last activity field only updates under one entity, even though the activity pertains to multiple entities.

  13. Rights to View Portal Uploads

    We recently began using the portal to receive data sensitive documents from an outside party. It seems you are only able to view what may be sitting in the Upload folder if you have portal admin rights. If you are just a Satuit license holder with SIP rights you cannot. Why is this only limited to portal admins? Just as you grant folder access when outbound files are published to the portal, we should be able to grant access to the upload folder to certain Satuit SIP users for incoming files.

  14. Clipping Feature

    Today there’s an “Add to Satuit” button in Ooutlook which makes the addition of an email note easy. We would like to propose an enhancement that allows a clipping feature to grab web content or text (One Note, Evernote, Instapaper, etc.).

  15. Reading Hardcoded Fields are extremely difficult to see

    The font color within Satuit is difficult to see. It appears to be a very light gray color. Is it possible to change to Black or something else that is distinguishable?

  16. Tag linked contact for more than one role

    Currently, when a role is assigned to a linked contact, the system only allows one role per contact. However, in many circumstances, one contact has multiple roles. For example, the Chief Investment Officer could function also as the authorized signer and the legal contact.

  17. Adding Multiple Packages

    We have clients that have multiple accounts and recipients receiving their reports. Currently, we have to enter each report individually for the same recipient. This definitely is a waste of time.

    If Jane Doe is receiving 3 reports from multiple accounts, it is more efficient to add all at one time instead of individually set up each report for each account.

  18. Ability to Update Product, Activity Category and Sub-type within the OAI screen

    The activity type defaults to EMAIL but many users still need to update the required fields on the activity screen. Rather than waiting for the detail form to pop up after initial creation thru the OAI (personal setting in Outlook), Users would like the ability to update additional fields before the activity is created. Also, when adding emails in bulk from their sent folder, they would also like the ability to update those 99 records with the required fields rather than contacting their Admin to mass update each time an email campaign or prospecting efforts take place.

    Add a checkbox on the Archive Contact popup window that would create a Linked Relationship for the contact back to the original business it was being archived from.

  20. REP Default fields by business unit and/or Role

    Many users have asked for the system to "Know" what business unit or role they are so certain picklist values would automatically default the same response. For example: DBUTLER is on the institutional team. Any time the form/record has the business unit global picklist make it automatically populate with institutional. She is a relationship manager. Automatically have the Activity Category populate with Relationship management unless she actually changes it.
