    When we view the contents of any particular portal folder, it would be helpful to be able to export the list to Excel, so we can see more than 20 documents at a time.

  7. Auto-populate start time on Activity Form

    Our managers have asked if it would be possible to auto-populate the start time on the Activity form with either the time the activity data entry started or the time that it is saved. This would allow them to sort the activity list in chronological order instead of just date order. Currently, they have to manually enter the time when they add an activity.

  8. Back Button when doing a quick find search

    It seems that ever since the quick find was moved from the left hand side of the form to the top, there is no longer a back button. If you click on an entity name and there are multiple entities that come up in the results, there is no back button if you click on one in error. You have to x out of the form and do the search again. The back button was useful to bring you back to your search results.

  9. Option to save view as custom report

    It would be wonderful to have the ability to save a view as a custom report. The system has the ability to print a saved view to PDF but usually the format is not eye pleasing. If we had the ability to save the view as a report I could then use MS SRB to adjust the format of the report without having to try and re-create the query performed to create the saved view in SRB. This would greatly streamline report creation for us.

  10. Bronto Integretion - Having issues trying to upload accurate mail tracking

    Unable to accurately upload tracking of mailings due to the Bronto integration using the email address as the identifier. Several contacts/clients share email addresses and the system does not know which one to select (despite clear information in Roles and Mailing). Can the contact ID number be used instead of the email address?

  11. Opportunities Trigger

    I would like to create a trigger that would update a client's requested investment amount based on original ask and contributions made.

    For example x = total investment request, y = contribution total toward request, z = remaining to be filled.

    x-y=z

    I'm unable to do this as these fields are tracked in the opportunities table (pproduct). I can not see where we can add triggers to this table. Please make the table available to add triggers.

  13. Add the ability to re-run packages that error out

    I think that if there are multiple packages that error out on a run, there should be an option to re-run those packages without having to walk through the criteria of setting up a search as though you would need to re-run the whole group and filter on only the packages that had errors in them initially.

  14. Change wording in audit log to not say password was reset when an email is sent

    On the portal audit log, when an email is generated for a forgotten password, the audit log shows it as an actual password update rather than just the email being sent. It's confusing because on the audit log, it appears that the password has already been changed even before the client responds.

  15. saved view update on home page

    If a saved view is used in a home page and the saved view is changed, the home page does receive the updated saved view. It continues to run the old view.

    Wherever saved views are used they should always read back to the saved view so you receive current data.

    Currently you have to remove the button or list on the home page and add it back for it to update. This is an operational nightmare.

    We would like to have a report that shows accounts without packages. This report could be used as audit/reconciliation report of any accounts that may be forgotten or aren't getting notices. This would be in Excel so we can sort and filter on it.

  17. Allow Satuit CRM to recognize multiple email addresses for contacts when adding emails from outlook

    Our firm has contacts that have multiple email addresses like their work and personal or a secondary (shared spouse email address) address they like correspondence sent to. So when they email me and I try to add to Satuit using the add-in feature to save the email, currently Satuit only recognizes the Primary email not the additional. Can we get Satuit to pick up any of the email addresses, given it's already saved in the contacts page.

  19. Enable edits to search criteria to an EXISTING saved view.

    Once have created a saved view, it is currently not possible to edit the search criteria. If selected 3 activity types and want to add another, currently must re-run a search, save it, configure it, etc. Seems crazy this isn't an existing feature.
