  1. Embedding Links and Webpages on the Homepage

    The users would like to define a Home page element where they could add their own links and allowed them to have an embedded link on the Home page as well.

  2. Viewing and Modifying Scheduled Reports

    Submitting on behalf of a client, they would like to the ability for a report administrator to see and modify reports scheduled by other users in the system. This would be helpful in situations such as changing the recipient of a schedule report when a REP leaves.

  3. Add the Copy Opportunity Feature much like you can copy an account

    Our business user group would like the ability to copy an existing opportunity to make a new record. Then they could easily update the opportunity name, product, and dollar amounts.

  4. Set "Updated By" Permission to Always be Selected

    In the ADDCLIENTINFO and EDITCLIENTINFO permissions (and likely other permissions too), please have "Updated By" always selected, and possibly not viewable in the UI at all. From what I understand, this is a field that shows who made updates to an account. If someone has permission to update other fields or an account, they should automatically have permission to this field too.

    I ran into a problem where I deselected this permission, and it caused users to lose the ability to save an account. Having "Updated By" always set would have helped.

  5. Be able to make numeric fields required

    When changing sales phase in opportunities, we would like to make some fee and revenue information required. Because they are numeric fields, they default with a zero, therefore appear to be populated. It would be helpful if the numeric field could default to null, or at least have the option.

  6. Make the OAI Window Independent of Outlook

    when you are in the Outlook Add-in you can't click on anything else in outlook. It completely shuts it down. Can you please make it so you can click on another window. (Submitted on behalf of Black Creek)

  7. OAI View object in Satuit

    I would like to be able to view an object in Satuit through some sort of link or button to take you directly to the object in Satuit.

  9. Appointment in Outlook Add to Satuit button should send at the same time

    Currently when you use the Outlook Add-in for emails you can click Send and Add to Satuit; however when you have an appointment and click Add to Satuit it closes the window and doesn't send the appointment. (Submitted on behalf of Black Creek)

  11. Right justify columns with numbers instead of left justified

    In all fields where there is a number (market value, fee amount, percentage), these numbers should line up so that they are right justified. This allows the user to easily see numbers that are larger or smaller than the rest of the numbers. This change would be helpful on all views in Satuit as well (Accounts View in particular), not just saved views.

    Have the ability to update any value directly from a browse list.

    i.e: Move an opportunity from early stage to mid stage directly from your pipeline saved view, without having to click into the opportunity

  13. Investor Portal: Periodically remind investors to maintain their contact data

    Investors can use the Secure Investor Portal to self-service contact data. For instance, address, telephone, email etc. Self-service is very helpful in terms of making the maintenance of that data more efficient. However, investors sometimes forget to maintain their contact data. For this reason, it would be good if the portal had a feature which allowed an email to be sent out - say once a year - to remind investors to login and check that their data is correct. It would also be helpful if there was the ability to follow-up on OOO replies or bounces so that the…

  14. Add customizable excel-like spreadsheet/grid to screens

    We'd like to be able to add custom grids to screens. The behavior would be similar to excel spreadsheets where a user can quickly input and view values in a spreadsheet. Each column would be a data field that exists in the system.

  16. Allow publication to portal prior to activation

    We have compliance documents that need to be added to every portal prior to client activation, so we have to turn off email notifications, activate the portals, upload the documents, deactivate the portals one-by-one, re-enable activation emails, and re-activate the portals. When we have multiple accounts to activate at quarter-end, this is extremely time consuming. If we could upload the compliance documents to portals prior to activation, it would eliminate all of these steps.

  19. Allow mass mail saved views to be used to update mailing lists instead of only contact lists

    This would be useful so that you can update a list to send an additional mailing to contacts that have either clicked, opened (or not clicked or opened) an email. For an event you could make the saved view filter on No Reply and update the list with that to easily only send to contacts that have not responded to say if they are coming or not.

  20. Allow for multiple email marketing campaign data to be updated with a single click

    When a campaign is first synced, there is some information that must also be added to fill out the mass mail records. When you then go to update that campaign there is nothing else added and is simply a click to update any additional clicks or opens. A new feature could allow a user to update all or select multiple campaigns that were previously synced instead of having to click on each one and then click update campaign. Would only have to do previous month or few weeks as after that there is rarely additional opens, clicks and unsubscribes if…
