Additional Return Types
Entering for a client -
We want additional return types in searches, similar to linked contacts Reporting Requirement searches, that will allow us to see linked contacts for the different record types.

Direct Links from a Report
Entering for a client -
From within a report, we would like to have a direct link to the Satuit record so the users can drill down into a record to correct it or get more information on it without having to do the search in Satuit first.

Group by Month but not Year
Entering for a client -
We would like to group by the month in a browse list without including the year.
Use case 1: They want to keep the full date of the Birthday so they can tell age, but want to group it by the month to prepare for calls/presents
Use case 2: They want to group by the month for the anniversary of the account and exclude the year from it.1 vote -
Replicate existing published document list for new client that is later added to an entity
While using SatuitCRA I occasionally run into the situation where I need to add a spouse or a new trustee to an Entity. I do not believe that there is currently an easy way to get this new contact to be able to see the exact set of documents via the portal that are already published to the existing spouse or trustee. I would be great if there were an easy way to single-click and replicate the exact published document set (including existing publish and expiration dates). Thanks, - Nick

Adding the address field information when looking at contacts within a fast find
When working with new prospects for an organization with several different addresses/locations for the same company it would be helpful to see the contact's address from within the fast find window.

Allow Read-Only Fields to be Entirely Viewable
When the contents of a read-only field exceeds the size of the displayed textbox, users aren't able to scroll from left to right to view the contents of the field in its entirety. Please allow users to view the entire field.
The problem exists with textboxes and drop-downs left to right. Users are able to scroll in text boxes from top to bottom.

Identifying a closed account using the quikc find
When searching on an account number using the quick find, the system returns both open and closed accounts which may contain the number you searched on. However all the data lines in the initial browse list are the same color. Therefore the user is not able to distinguish if an account is opened or closed unless they actually open the account record. It would be helpful of the closed accounts were in red, similar to how they appear when you are looking at the listing of accounts under a specific business.

Copy Button On Opportunity Tab
We are experiencing difficulty internally handling opportunities that fund in tranches. It would be helpful to have the ability to duplicate the opportunity as this has been our only workaround to date.

Disable ability to print from browse list
It would be beneficial if system administrators could restrict users' ability to print and therefore export client or account data from a browse list.

Pulling Grid Information into a CRA Template
It would be helpful is we had the ability to pull data stored in a grid on the account tab into a Mail Merge document within a packaging template on the CRA.

A Stop Button for the CRAUtility
When the CRAUtility starts running macros/mail merges and you know something is wrong the application will hang. The only way to stop it is to close the entire application then re-open it. Could you please create a button that allows us to stop the process.

When assigning an unmatched contact to a business, have the unmatched emails associated move to the business at the same time.
When assigning an Unmatched Contact to a Business/Entity, have the Unmatched Emails associated to that contact move to that Business/Entity at the same time.

Make it easy for a user to go back to a Chart after promoting the data (View All)
Users can now promote Chart data to a browse list but there is no way for a user to go directly back to the Chart once it is promoted --the only option is to click on the Dashboard menu on the left panel; then select the Dashboard from the dashboard list; then select the specific chart. A lot of steps.

Portal emails got to spam
The emails associated with the portal are frequently going to spam folders. The emails should not go to spam. Also, the password expiration is too short.

Allow Milestone Activities view to be reconfigured.
Would love to be able to configure the Milestone Activities view on the Opportunities tab so that we can choose what columns we see (similar to how we can configure other saved views).

CRA clients delete businesses
CRA clients should be given the ability to delete businesses. Right now all requests have to go through a support desk ticket despite how long they have been users.

Automated generation of "Deal Flow" record from "Business" record
We are spending a lot of time first making a business record and then a subordinated deal flow record. So we suggest that the contents of a parent "Business Record" can be copied (as much as possible) into its child "Deal Flow" of 'Prospect company' deal type at the press of a button. This makes sense in 70-80% of our entries. This tedious work has forced us into batch mode operations where we collect the entries and bite the bullit to get all the clicking and retyping work over with.

Import excel lists for more than data updates for contacts and accounts.
It would be helpful to allow excel imports for more than just contacts and accounts. For example we wanted to track a mailing list for a specific group but it was difficult to get the appropriate list on Satuit from a search. It would of been faster to upload the list from our excel file. This also might be helpful for when needing to add mass activities, packages, etc.

include "last contact activity" to the list of email template recipients
E-mail Templates / Generate E-mail / List of recipients should include a sort-by column for "last contact activity" so that you can easily exclude contcts who have been contacted too recently.
