You create a button for when you "archive" a contact (they aren't at their current company but you don't know where they've moved) so that it clears all of the fields except their name and any notes and adds their old company to their list of previous employers.

Show details of saved views and make them editable
There should be a method of viewing the criteria used to create saved views and they should be editable. Without being able to see the saved view defintion you are really just guessing at how they were built which greatly reduces the value and use of these saved views. If they were built using non-custom searches there could even be errors in the one time selection for the criteria that may not impact the results until months later.

Is it possible to link directly to the “on demand reports” that do not require a search first?
For those reports that do not require a search first, can we link directly to them? We used to have an on-premises instance so users could click a link from the intranet that rendered the PDF file - now that we are hosted we lost this ability.

Ability to hide certain fields from Users based on their access
On our account form we would like to hide certain fields that contain confidential information from Users based on their access. We don't want to block them from the entire tab, and multiple departments need access to the account form, but it would be helpful for be able to hide or "black out" fields that should only be available to operations vs. client service.

Make the C: Business field available in the browse list for an Opportunity Search
Satuit recently made available the "Primary Contact" picklist on the opportunity form. This allows you to link a consultant contact to an opportunity that resides in the prospect's entity. This is similar to selecting a linked contact under an activity.
In order to generate a report that includes both the prospect entity as well as the linked consultant entity, the primary contact field is key. We request that Satuit make available the C: Business field associated with the primary contact, so that the Consultant Entity's name appears in the browse list.

Ability to hide and show screen regions by business type
A consultant will have values in certain fields while a Client will have no values in these fields. We would like to show only the relevent fields for the selected business type.

Need a better ticket system
We need a better problem ticketing system where the user can review and modify their tickets, where they can see what they attached, where you have larger text boxes to see what they have typed, where you can see more of a history of case updates, etc. There should also be less chance that the ticket will not take, that after preparing a ticket it will not error out or time out.

Making available more usage statistics for users
Please have the capability to supply information on: • Which SatuitCRM ids are actively utilizing Satuit2GO and the Desktop version and which browser and operating system (such as # of times a person logged in or performed activities (record adds, updates, searches, etc. for a period of time - whatever you can provide)). I assume this is available from the https transaction headers (browser/platform is used for the desktop version and Satuit2GO (Windows, Android, Apple, Linux, etc.). • Ideally we would like to track ActiveX add-in and Outlook add-in functions so we know who needs the latest versions, etc. If…

Ability to lock the activity notes after an activity has been saved
Currently, there is no way to lock the activity notes after an activity has been saved. The ability to lock the activity notes is very useful because it will save a lot of investigative time to proactively not allow users to change/delete the activity notes.

Adding e-mail activity to a "chain"
When uploading an e-mail to the CRM, if we could select a previous e-mail to associate it with to make an e-mail chain. If there is a e-mail conversation going back and forth, or replying to a previous e-mail there will be multiple entries to that one subject. It would be nice to add to the chain to see the whole conversation in once activity.

Display who is the Consultant for a business in the search results
When you export data out of Satuit or view the search results, there is no way to know who is the Primary Consultant for that business, Secondary Consultant, etc... without going into the business record.
It would be great, if the Primary Consultant, Secondary Consultant, etc...was listed in the search results to save time and will also helpful, when the data is exported into a spreadsheet.

Add setting to extend hover time over activity description
When you hover your mouse over an activity description in a list view, you can read a blurb from the activity. However the hover only lasts for about 5 seconds, and some users find this is not long enough to read the blurb. Would it be possible to add a setting so we can extend the hover time if we would like to? Thank you.

Column details available in balloon on Browser Lists
If a field is used in more than one table please have an easy way to see what table the field relates to on the browser list headings. It could be added to the balloon help that exists in the configuration panel or the headings. A user had a saved view and they thought they had an opportunity last update date when it was the business' last update date. It is not very intuitive to go through the grid find which fields had been used (some out of alphbetical order).

Ability to add non-SatuitCRM email addresses and distribution list on the TO, CC, BCC lines of email templates
We send or cc: emails to exchange distribution lists. Please enhance the system to allow manual entry of email addresses and email distribution lists into the template. These addresses should be stored as part of the template, not as something the users have to add manually each time.

I really like the "email multiple contacts" function on the Contact form, but I would like two additional features" - I would like to see if a contact is a key contact and I would like to be able to see if they have been marked "do not mail"

Add "Global" picklist field
One of the challenges some of our clients are seeing is that they have pick lists fields that they want to add to more multiple forms. Currently you must create a “twin” field and then maintain the values in the “twin”. This is workable until you decide to add workflow and form rules to those fields. So we think the following idea might appeal to those of you who maintain picklists - Create a global pick list field, similar to the "Product" picklist. This global picklist field could be added to any detail form.

Create a consolidated Business Admin menu
Separate "Business Admin" functions from System Admin under the Tools menu. Only users with the Business_Admin role will see or have access to this menu. This enhancement allows for users to view and access all Business Admin features without having access to the System Administrator Tools. Also, to simplify assigning Business Admin rights, create a "Business Admin" user profile that would contain by default all the business admin rights.

Not copy market value to a new account record when using the copy button
When copying an account, we do not want the market value to carry over to the new account as it would never have the same market value as the existing account.
