  2. Add a print/export button to the "View Content" grid of the Portal Admin

    When we view the contents of any particular portal folder, it would be helpful to be able to export the list to Excel, so we can see more than 20 documents at a time.

  4. Change wording in audit log to not say password was reset when an email is sent

    On the portal audit log, when an email is generated for a forgotten password, the audit log shows it as an actual password update rather than just the email being sent. It's confusing because on the audit log, it appears that the password has already been changed even before the client responds.

  5. Rights to View Portal Uploads

    We recently began using the portal to receive data sensitive documents from an outside party. It seems you are only able to view what may be sitting in the Upload folder if you have portal admin rights. If you are just a Satuit license holder with SIP rights you cannot. Why is this only limited to portal admins? Just as you grant folder access when outbound files are published to the portal, we should be able to grant access to the upload folder to certain Satuit SIP users for incoming files.

  6. Replicate existing published document list for new client that is later added to an entity

    While using SatuitCRA I occasionally run into the situation where I need to add a spouse or a new trustee to an Entity. I do not believe that there is currently an easy way to get this new contact to be able to see the exact set of documents via the portal that are already published to the existing spouse or trustee. I would be great if there were an easy way to single-click and replicate the exact published document set (including existing publish and expiration dates). Thanks, - Nick

  7. Portal emails got to spam

    The emails associated with the portal are frequently going to spam folders. The emails should not go to spam. Also, the password expiration is too short.

  8. Investor Portal: Periodically remind investors to maintain their contact data

    Investors can use the Secure Investor Portal to self-service contact data. For instance, address, telephone, email etc. Self-service is very helpful in terms of making the maintenance of that data more efficient. However, investors sometimes forget to maintain their contact data. For this reason, it would be good if the portal had a feature which allowed an email to be sent out - say once a year - to remind investors to login and check that their data is correct. It would also be helpful if there was the ability to follow-up on OOO replies or bounces so that the…

  9. Allow publication to portal prior to activation

    We have compliance documents that need to be added to every portal prior to client activation, so we have to turn off email notifications, activate the portals, upload the documents, deactivate the portals one-by-one, re-enable activation emails, and re-activate the portals. When we have multiple accounts to activate at quarter-end, this is extremely time consuming. If we could upload the compliance documents to portals prior to activation, it would eliminate all of these steps.

  10. Shared Content Folder

    Once a "shared content" document has been published to all SIP activated users, it should automatically show upon all new contacts that are added
